Baby Blue

Bye-Bye May! Just one more quick post to finish the month. No secret that I do love leather jacket and this cute pastel color may be one of my favorite. It is an alternative for when you want to dress up without losing comfort at all. But it can also be an alternative for to look put-together without being too formal when paired with a pencil skirt, for example. So useful, so beautiful!

Printed shirt

Printed shirt (similar here) ; Leather jacket (similar here) ; Diesel jeans (here)

Hey! Hope you are having a good week! Since I have readers in both North and South hemisphere, today I decided to post something very casual, thinking about a typical fall in Southern. A printed velvet shirt would always fit well with some jeans. To warm the look, just a leather jacket! The camel ankle boot, detailed with red and blue, makes the look happier, don’t you think?

Must have off-the-shoulder top

Yeah, summer is coming in North Hemisphere!! And to celebrate the pleasant warm weather, nothing could be better than a must have off-the-shoulder top! Just one piece and many possibilities! Here it is paired with some white denim, but you will certainly get at least more three completely different looks just choosing a black denim, some ripped jeans, or even a suede pant! As you can see, I'm really in love with pants! Love love love it at all! But you can also try this kind of top with some skirt too, maybe a front buttoned one, in the same mentioned colors! A suede one would be really great if paired with this baby blue tone!

Olive for south hemisphere

Hi you! Happy Thursday! Today I decided to post something showing how to face the coming winter in South Hemisphere, without losing the style! It's not necessary to abandon the white denim at all! Just pair it with green olive and you will have a cool and charming outfit! I love this short coat for casual day looks, but also try to think about it as a layer of an all-black to elevate the look for a night out! This jacket is really very versatile! An acquisition that worth it!

Gingham

gingham shirt: H&M (similar here) ; ripped jeans: rag & bone (similar here) ;
black coat: Zara (similar here

I would like to apologize for the absence these last three weeks, but I was traveling to Canada and it was quite impossible to post because my lovely daughter made me walk to moon and back every day. But here I am again and alive! In this post I picked up an outfit I wore in that cold spring to show how easy it is to circumvent the cold with style.

One of my all-time favorite prints, Gingham is always a classic for any season, especially for spring and summer, and also for those chilly days! It’s such an easy print to wear on its own, or even to mix other prints with. Here some simple ripped jeans were a perfect piece to be paired with. To get rid of the cold just a layer black coat. Over knee boots complete the look, but I love the idea about nude heels to elevate the outfit's mood for an evening out!

Perfect match

Camel coat (similar here) ; Grey sweater (similar here) ; White shirt (similar here) ;
Ripped jeans (similar here)

Happy Saturday to everyone! Today one of my favorite essential color combination: camel and grey. This camel coat fits perfect with this grey sweater. The white shirt gives a casual touch to the look. It all goes well with some light blue jeans, but I love the idea about wearing black ripped denim too.

Easy to wear

Denim shirt (similar here) ; White jeans (similar here)

Weekend is coming (again) and nothing can be easier than a denim shirt to spend a day off. It goes with many outfits, but I especially do love it paired against white jeans. Try this look with sneakers during the day and grab your beautiful heels for an evening going out.

Cropped sweater

Cropped sweater: (similar here) ; Gingham shirt (similar here) ;
Ripped jeans: (similar here) ; Trench coat: (similar here)

It could be a very basic outfit but the cropped sweater gives a special touch to this look, letting the gingham appears even more than a simple shirt. The traditional trench coat here assumes another personality and makes this style much cooler, especially with these distressed ripped jeans.

Some pretty pastel

Pink blouse: (similar here) ; ripped skinny white jeans: (similar here)

Monday is a day that we need to have courage to face a whole week. And for a good restart we need to feel light and comfy. So here’s a post with some pastel color to elevate the mood. Spring always makes us feel excited to wear pretty pastels and its best match could not be another unless with a ripped skinny white jeans. Pull out your nude or pink heels and have a great week!

Colored pants for holyday

Colored jeans: (similar here) ; Jacket: (similar here)

Happy Easter! Hope you all have a sweet day! And take a chance to escape the ordinary with some colored pants this holyday! Green is always a good choice for those days when your mood allows you to play with some color. If you want something even more casual, try to match it with a chambray shirt. Note that the animal print scarf gives a classy touch to the look while summer doesn’t arrive.

Obsessed with Plaid

Skinny jeans: (similar here) ; Shirt (similar here)

Can you ever get enough of plaid? I'm obsessed with it. If you want a beautiful and casual look, just chose a plaid shirt with some jeans. It's perfect to go shopping on the weekends. You will feel yourself comfortable and stylish at the same time. Think about a layer black leather jacket to elevate this look.

Basic that’s not basic

Coat: (similar here) ; White flare jeans: (similar here; Grey top: (similar here)

Black, grey and white, all basics colors together. For those days when a chili wind insists to blow up nothing better than a basic black coat. The detail here is all about the red bandana! Take a sneak to check how it gives personality to the look!

Cleaned up denim

Denim: (similar here) Trench coat: (similar hereWhite shirt: (similar here)

It’s easy to look expensive without splurging. As I always say, lets save money, but never style. This denim rises are slightly higher and everything is a little more cleaned up. But you don’t need to give up your ripped jeans anytime soon. I just want to say that it’s great to have a clean-cut version too. Add it to a traditional trench coat and you get immediately classy. A hat, in this case, offers a sophisticated touch to this very casual look. Just try it!

Cropped trench coat

White denim: (similar here) Jacket: (similar here) Shirt: (similar here)

One of my favorite combos to make the season transition is layer a cropped trench coat over the look. It adds some dimension and is the perfect outer-layer for spring. To make it more charming grab your favorite white denim to keep your look feeling cool and fresh, no matter what the weather is outside.

Double white

Leather jacket: (similar here) Skinny white jeans: (similar here)
Short sleeve blouse: (similar here)

All Basic outfit is so pleasant as a sunny day. But when wearing, it do not forget to contrast it with a little bit of color. Can be with a layer jacket or even just a camel leather belt, as a suggestion. I really appreciate the idea of matching it with some pastel color like this amazing nude leather jacket!

Not flashy but classy

With this simple look you can feel put-together but not distracted by your clothes and your style. This great sweater is one of those pieces that’s not flashy, but you really need it in your closet, such a staple. Underneath the sweater you can wear both a chambray and a gingham shirt, the effect will be the same, pure stylish!

Different shades of blue

Double denim plus suede! For a relaxed day off nothing can be better than feeling comfortable. This kind of outfit exudes charm and elegance. The different shades of blue gives personality to the look while the camel color breaks up the monotony. You can also try it on with a leopard print belt.

Simply gorgeous

What a blush jacket cannot do for you! Simply gorgeous this outfit! The gray top is a must have in any wardrobe! Distressed jeans everybody has! So, try to find a perfect jacket this season to style this outfit and be sure you'll look great!

While not too hot

Light brown, gray and black! No way to go wrong with this fabulous match. Make it a little sultry with a knot at the waist instead of wearing this leather jacket. And for a more formal look, I love the idea of a white blazer instead of the leather one! Try it and let me know later!

Basic is beautiful

Prada handbag (here)White jeans: (similar here)Grey trench coat: (similar here)
Cambray: (similar here)

Basic outfit! I love love the easygoing look of chambray matched with white denim! You can be cool and classy at the same time. No mattet if with a longer blazer or a leather jacket, it will always seem perfect. Even with a jeans jacket, it would fit well for those who appreciate double jeans, as me.

Pastels and Plaid

No secret that pastels and neutrals are my go-to all year color, but no doubt that it fits even better for spring days. I simply love anything beige or camel colored. So, try it with a plaid shirt and white denim to get instantly stylish. Happy spring!

xoxo, Raquel

Stripes all year long

I'm a sucker for stripes all year long. Love this kind of top. Its super cute with blue denim, but even cuter with white denim. Striped tops are a staple for spring & summer. Get so much wearing out your striped basics. We must save money, not style!

Blush Blush Blush

Another blush favorite today. Can you ever get enough of this color? I can’t. This jacket is one you can have in your closet for a while. This soft pink instantly gives a more modern vibe to every look
